What Is the Result of Bilateral Grade 3 Renal Parenchymal Disease

I am suffering from bilateral grade 3 renal parenchymal disease. Now my creatinine is 278umol/L. I have no obvious symptoms but the report shows that the protein in urine is 2+. What is the result of my condition.
Generally, the renal parenchymal disease means that the damage takes place in renal glomerulus, which play important function in the kidney such as filtration toxins such as creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, etc. It is actually more serious that the damage in the renal mesengial area, in which, renal tubules are damaged in most of time.
As you describe, there is 2+ protein in urine, it means that the renal glomerulus are damaged, for in renal glomerulus, there is filtration membrane, through which, protein, red blood cells, white blood cells come out of the body into urine.
If we do not take effective measures, the pore of the renal glomerular membrane will become bigger with the protein leaking out every day, and there will be more protein leaking out. In clinic, the protein leaking out can be as much as 4+. If proteinuria lasts for a long time, the blood will have low protein, which is called hypoproteinemia. If hypoproteinemia lasts for a long time, the osmotic pressure in blood will change, which leads to edema or swelling or dropsy in clinic. Protein in urine, which is as much as more than 3.5g in 24 hours, low protein in blood, edema, and high fat, all of these will form nephrotic syndrome.
So please be aware of your current condition and choose a better therapy which not only has no side effect but also can treat it fundamentally.

On the basis of this, in Shijiazhuang Kidney Disease Hospital, we have Micro-Chinese Medicine Osmotherapy, which can repair the damaged renal glomerular membrane by extending blood vessels, dissolving the blood stasis and then supplying nutrition to the kidney.
