What Is Chronic Hematuria in kidney disease

What Is Chronic Hematuria in kidney disease? Hematuria means that there are red blood cells in the urine. Generally, hematuria can be divided into gross hematuria and microscopic hematuria.
Gross hematuria means that with our naked eyes, we can see the urine looks red like water where raw meat is washed while microscopic hematuria means that we can not see it with our naked eyes. We can only see more than 3 red blood cells with the help of microscopy per 3 high power field.
Once diagnosed with hematuria(Hematuria and Kidney Disease), people will become very anxious and worried, thinking how it comes into being or the reason why there is hematuria.
Generally, many factors can lead to hematuria such as infection, the rupture of cysts in the body, menses, and so on. However, if the hematuria lasts for more than 3 months, which is also accompanied by proteinuria, we will consider whether we have had kidney disorder. Why? In normal condition, red blood cells can not discharge out of our body, for red blood cells are bigger molecules compared with small molecules such as creatinine(High Creatinine Levels). Only when the kidney is damaged, can the red blood cells filtrate out, thus forming hematuria. So if the hematuria lasts for a long time, we will consider whether it is physiological one.

To treat hematuria caused by kidney disorder, you are strongly suggested to treat with immunotherapy, which has no side effects and can prevent hematuria from recurring.
