I. The internal environment of the children.
As we know, the immune Immunotherapy of children is easy to be injured if they have some diseases. Their physical condition will also be weak after getting Nephritis, and if they catch some illness during this process, they are at high risk to get a recurrence of hematuria(Hematuria and Kidney Disease) and proteinuria(Proteinuria and Kidney Disease). Children will get CKD if this process came over and over.
In addition, some diseases caused by streptococcus including amygdalitis, pharyngitis and scarlatina are factors which can lead to acute kidney disease.
II. Different kinds of Nephritis.
▼Acute Glomerular Nephritis often occurs in a very short time with a good treating effect and is not easy to reoccur.
▼Lingering Glomerulonephritis refers to the process in which the Acute Glomerular Nephritis will last for six months or more than one year after being treated. Generally speaking, it will not cause renal insufficiency or high blood pressure.
▼Chronic Glomerulonephritis can be a consequence of Acute Glomerular Nephritis, or a complication of a kind of disease in a slow way. This is a main factor which can develop into CKD and it is difficult to be controlled only by the western medicine.
▼Rapidly Progressive Glomerulonephritis attacks the children with a sharp decrease of the renal function. The children may have some severe symptoms of kidney disease and be a sufferer of renal failure in several weeks or months.
III. The time of treating is also very important.
▼At the beginning stage of the disease, the immune complex deposit in different intrinsic cells and cause various inflammatory responses by excreting inflammatory factors. The intrinsic cells will be damaged during this process and leads to obstacles of the micro-circulation which is a blasting fuse of proteinuria and hematuria. A timely treatment at this time can stop the step of CKD since the disease is only caused by the damage in cells.
▼ If CKD is not controlled well in the first stage, it gets into the second stage called the forming stage of renal fibrosis. In this stage, a mass of extracellular matrix (ECM) deposit in the mesangial area, and they can replace the intrinsic cells of the kidneys little by little, finally causing glomerular sclerosis and shrink of the renal tubules. It is difficult to control the disease at this stage, however, if proper treatment can be given, it is possible to control CKD to keep in a stable condition.
▼Scarring stage is the end stage of Chronic Kidney Disease(CKD) in which the children are in a former stage of uremia. What they should do is far more less than the former two stages, at this period, the children should keep a good mood and try to find some good treating methods, and it is good for them to do more exercises.
Finding CKD in a child is really a miserable thing to the whole family, but it doesn't mean that we should give up and stop the love of life. Actually there are a lot of things we can do to help.
