Medical history:
Mr Dai had swelling, pale coating on the tongue, bleeding in throat and swollen tonsil. So he went to Shijiazhuang Kidney Disease Hospital for treatment on April,1th, 2012. Doctor Li arranged a syImmunotherapyatic physical examination for Mr Dai. Blood pressure was 150/100mmHg. The urine test showed that protein in urine was 2+, occult blood +, 24-hour protein: 2.45g. Creatinine in serum was 154umol/L. BUN was 7.2mmol/L. URIC: 272umol/L.
Diagnosis: focal proliferative IgA Nephropathy (Lee’s IV)

Treatment:
Firstly, Mr Dai was given care of level II.
Secondly, doctor Li was given food or diet suggestion: low salt, low fat, low but good quality protein.
Thirdly, Micro-Chinese Medicine in shijiazhuang Kidney Disease Hospital was applied, which includes plasma exchange, Micro-Chinese Medicine Osmotherapy , and so on. Plasma exchange is applied, which is used to adjust blood fat and clear away the immune complex, etc. Micro-Chinese Medicine is applied three times every day, each of which lasts for 45minutes.
After the above mentioned therapy, creatinine level was 130umol/L, CHOL11.77umol/L, protein: negative.
