Kidney Disease Symptoms in Men

Just like other diseases, kidney disease also has several stages and the symptoms of each stage are different. Whether you are women or men, the main symptoms in the same stage are nearly the same.
The stages of kidney disease
Most kidney diseases can be approximately divided into five stages according to Glomeruli Filtration Rate (GFR) which is an indicator of how well the kidneys are working. GFR is greater than 90% in first stage and there are signs of mild kidney disease but with normal or better GFR. When GFR is between 60 and 89, this stage is called the second stage and its characteristics are mild kidney disease with reduced GFR. If GFR ranges from 30 to 59, this stage is called the third stage and it is the moderate kidney disease stage. GFR in the fourth stage is between 15 and 29 and the kidney disease is severe in this stage. The last stage is the end stage of kidney disease where GFR is less than 15.
The symptoms of different stages
In order to tell the symptoms clearly we can classify these five stages into three stages because of some symptoms are similar in the near stage. The first is early kidney disease(stages 1 to 2), the second is advanced kidney disease(stages 3 to 4) and the last stage is end-stage kidney disease (stage 5). The three stages have different signs and symptoms.
The first stage has no obvious symptoms in physical symptoms. However, blood test and urine test will show abnormalities. Creatinine in blood will be evaluated and there may have protein and red blood cells in urine. Some people may suffer high blood pressure and anemia also can be seen but very rarely in this stage.
The second stage has more symptoms than the first stage. One may feel tiredness, fatigue, puffiness or swelling. Puffiness or swelling is usually seen on hands or feet and ankles, especially around the eyes. One may also feel back pain which is usually felt as a dull ache anywhere in the mid-to-lower portion of the back. Appetite may also change and foods may not the same taste as that in the past. Serum creatinine will be higher(High Creatinine Level) than before and changes in urination are more, including urine amount, urine color and urine frequency.
The third stage is the last stage of kidney disease and there are many obvious signs and symptoms, such as anemia, easy bleeding and bruising, headache, fatigue and drowsy feeling, weakness, nausea, vomiting, thirst, muscle cramps, numb sensation in the extremities, decreased urine output, etc. Some of the symptoms are presented earlier before this stage. One may experience some of above symptoms or other symptoms not listed on. The organs in the body have close relationship with others, when one fail, the others is sure to be affected, if affected, they can present their symptoms.

From above content, it is obvious that this disease will get worse and worse without proper treatment and the symptoms will get more and more. In order to get a satisfactory result, treat it earlier with right methods. Any question, email me at me
